Everything about our BBQ is low and slow… except our lines! With over 10 years of festival experience, 4 smokers, 3 operation bases, 2 food trailers, and home of the one and only Redneck Sundae, it‘s no mystery how we keep on truckin.
Oklahoma, Florida, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin are a few states we frequent during peak festival season. Annual events big and small, tent set up or food trailer, rain or shine, were the answer to your BBQ dilemma.
Our crave worthy menu is stacked with options like dinner plates, BBQ nachos, and our famous Redneck Sundae. We always have ribs ready to grab on the go or add to our delicious sides for a melt in your mouth meal.
